What is the mind?

A man, an expert in educational policy, visited an elementary school. After a lecture on ‘Stress and healing’, he asked parents, “What is mind?” The man was known to ask the question to professionals, scholars, famous lecturers, even religious groups.

I answered, “the mind consists of unconsciousness and consciousness. Consciousness is memory and thought. Unconsciousness is the energy that operates consciousness. The mind is emotions of thoughts and thoughts of past experiences and memories. Hence, the mind is the emotions of thoughts and memories of past experiences. Eventually, the mind produces emotions in the unconsciousness and operates psychology after conscious recognition.”

Humans do not have the same mind regardless of age or gender. You are the only self with your experiences or memories. Eventually, mind and life could be experiences and memories. People except yourself are a part of your experiences, memories, mind, existence, and life. However, most people think that their minds and lives are dependent on other people. They blame others and suffer in pain from wounds, received by others. It is a phenomenon, caused by not thinking about your mind and life.

Your mind is emotions from your experiences and memories.

When your mind hurts, it is because you have painful emotions from experiences and memories. In contrast, when you have a happy mind, it is because of your joyful emotions from experiences and memories. In other words, memories and thoughts don’t change, but you can become painful or joyful depending on your positive or negative emotions.

Happiness and unhappiness are not determined by your past experiences and memories. It is determined by your energy of unconsciousness working positively or negatively. Additionally, it is you, who can only make the energy of unconsciousness. Thus, past wounds cannot determine happiness or unhappiness.
